What areas do you service?

I service San Jose, Almaden area, Los Gatos area, Campbell, Willow Glen & Morgan Hill. If your location is not listed, please e-mail or call us as our areas expand frequently. If we do not service your location, we will be able to refer you do another Pet Service Professional in your area.

Where do you walk the dogs?

We are surrounded by many parks, trails, hills and wonderful neighborhoods. I usually let the owner set the route. If you have no preference, we will set the route for you and depends on the time structure you purchase is where we will walk.

Do you walk the dogs singly or do you walk them in a pack?

Again, this depends on the owner's preference. If you prefer your dog to be walked alone, we will do so. If you have two dogs and wish for them to be walked with each other only, we will do so. If you prefer your dog to be walked in a pack for socializing, we will do so. It's all up to you.

Will I need to sign a contract for your services?

No contracts to sign. Your service can be stopped at any time. We do ask that you call us or e-mail us 24 hours prior to your next scheduled service or we will have to charge you for that day's service.

What if I need to skip a service day?

No problem. You will not be charged for a skipped service day if you call or e-mail us 24 hours in advance. We can reschedule your service date at a time that is more convenient for you. Please note for waste removal service, when your service resumes, you will be charged according to the amount of accumulation since our last service if over a week.

What happens if I forget or do not reschedule?

If you do not reschedule your service within 7 days, we will assume you do not want to reschedule and your normal schedule days will be taken by another client.

Do I have to be home when my yard is being serviced?

No. We will come out on our initial visit and introduce ourselves and meet with your dog(s). But after the initial visit there is no need for you to be at home during our service calls. Please note: A service call will be charged if we are locked out of your property, or your dog does not allow us entry on your scheduled service date or if you do not give us 24 hours advanced notice to skip service.

Should I unlock my gate?

Yes or No. You can provide us with a key to your locked gate or furnish us with the combination to your lock. Or if you prefer, please have your gate unlocked as our service tech's are not allowed to climb or jump fences. Please provide this information at time of sign up.

What is a One Time Cleaning for waste removal?

One time waste removal is what we consider 3 or more weeks of accumulated dog waste. The charge will be based on that fact and size of your dog. If you are going to begin our services, the first initial cleaning will be based the same at the start of your service.

Will you work in bad weather?

Yes, we usually will work in light to moderate rain, but heavy rainfall may stop us from doing our job properly. Weather permitting, we will try to make up the missed service during the same week. Of course, you will never be charged for missed service calls due to inclement weather.

What are your Holidays?

New Years day, Memorial Day, Easter, Mother's day, Father's day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Special request for these days can be made ahead of time for an extra cost of $10 to the single service price.

We offer a customer referral program:

When you refer a new customer to us and they agree to weekly servicing, you will get (1) one regular waste removal or dog walking (30 min) free after the 30th day. . Please have them give us your name when they sign up for service.

How do I pay?

The initial clean up fee or dog walking service if applicable, is payable at the time of service. All regularly scheduled weekly service visits are billed at the end of the month. Payment is due upon receipt. You can mail the payment to our office, or leave it at your home for us to pick up. You can pay by cash, check or money order. Accounts not paid in full by the 10th of the following month will be charged a $10.00 late fee and will have their service temporarily stopped until the account is paid in full. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

***During the initial consultation we will meet and greet the dog(s) to ensure compatibility, we will fill out an information sheet on how to contact you the owner in case of an emergency and where to take your pet in case of an emergency. If we are pet sitting we will discuss if you want to be contacted after each visit or daily, we can send text messages, emails or contact you by phone to communicate your pet's well being.
